Campton Place Cafe Sonia recipe

A delicious recipe for Campton Place Cafe Sonia, with heavy cream, vanilla extract, Metaxa 7 Star, amaretto almond liqueur, Tia Maria® coffee liqueur, coffee and sugar. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients:

chilled heavy cream
vanilla extract
3/4 oz Metaxa 7 Star
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur
hot black coffee
1 tsp sugar

Directions:

Lightly beat the cream adding a few drops of the vanilla extract.

Add the Metaxa, Amaretto, and Tia Maria to a warmed 7-oz. mug. Pour in coffee. Taste for sweetness: add sugar if desired.

Top with beaten cream.
